Deep relaxation without headphones
Self-hypnosis by touch, words and light. No voice, no account, nothing to listen to — just a calm pulse in your hand.
Coming soon to iPhone and Android.
Why silent
Most relaxation apps need you to listen. Inner Glow works where sound does not — so you can use it whenever you need a moment.
Four ways in
Each one is a gentle way into deep relaxation on its own. Together they make a session.
Heartbeat touch
Your phone pulses like a calm heartbeat, starting near your own pace and slowing gently toward 50–55 beats a minute. Rest a hand on it, or lay it on your chest.
Self-paced words
A short script appears one sentence at a time. Tap when you have read it. The app learns your pace and slows down with you, then carries on by itself.
Fixation point
Rest your eyes on a small point of light over a dark, slowly breathing landscape. Movement stays far below 0.5 Hz — no flashing, no spirals.
Personal anchor
At the end of a session, hold your thumb down while you feel deeply settled. Later, a widget plays your own haptic signature back in under a minute.
Four topics
Choose what you want from today, then pick 5, 10 or 20 minutes. The app arranges the rest.
Sleep
Let the day go and drift off. Sleep sessions fade out instead of waking you up.
Calm
Slow down when things feel tense or busy, at your desk or on the go.
Focus
Settle a scattered mind before work, study or something that matters.
Confidence
Rehearse feeling steady and at ease before a talk, a meeting or a new step.
How a session flows
Always the same calm order, so you know what comes next and can simply let go.

- Heartbeat touchThe pulse slows on a dark screen. 2–4 minutes.
- Fixation pointA breathing image, a shrinking point of light, a few quiet lines. 2–3 minutes.
- Self-paced wordsLetting go, a slow count down from ten, then words for your topic. 3–8 minutes.
- Set your anchorHold your thumb down and feel your haptic signature. About 1 minute.
- Wake up or drift offCount up from one to five with a brightening pulse — or let everything fade into sleep.
- AfterPick how you feel again and see how much slower your pace became. 15 seconds.

Questions
Is this really hypnosis without a voice?
Yes. Self-hypnosis is about focused attention and deep relaxation. Inner Glow guides you there with touch, slow reading and a visual focal point instead of a recorded voice.
Do I need headphones?
No. Everything works in silence. An optional, generated soundscape is there if you want it, and the volume always starts low.
How long is a session?
You choose 5, 10 or 20 minutes. The anchor recall from the widget takes about 45 seconds.
Does it need an internet connection?
No. Every session runs offline. The app may quietly check for a newer version of its built-in texts; that request carries no personal information.
Do I need an account?
No. There is no sign-up and no login. Your name, journal and settings stay on your device.
What if I fall asleep?
That is fine. Sleep sessions are designed to fade out. In daytime sessions, the gentle count up brings you back when the session ends.
Is it a replacement for professional help?
No. Inner Glow is a relaxation tool and does not replace professional care. If you are struggling, please reach out to a professional or a support line.
