Inner GlowTerms of use
These terms apply to the Inner Glow app and this website, published by HumanAI. By using the app you agree to them. If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies; if anything here conflicts with it, the Apple EULA prevails for apps obtained from the App Store.
1. What the app is
Inner Glow is a self-guided relaxation tool that uses haptics, text and slowly moving images. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, prevent or address any health condition. It is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. Read the safety information before use.
2. Who may use it
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the app. Do not use the app while driving, operating machinery or in any situation that needs your full attention. Do not use it if you have epilepsy or a serious mental illness unless a professional has told you it is right for you.
3. Subscriptions and purchases
- Some content is free. Full access is available as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency.
- The yearly subscription may include a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it converts to a paid yearly subscription and you are charged on the date shown in the app. Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- How to cancel: on iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android, open Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Use "Restore Purchases" in the app's settings to restore access on a new device with the same store account.
4. Licence
We give you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. The app, its texts, images, haptic patterns and sounds are owned by HumanAI or its licensors. Do not copy, resell, reverse engineer or redistribute them.
5. Your content and privacy
What you enter (name, journal, settings) stays on your device and belongs to you. See the privacy policy.
6. No warranty
The app is provided "as is". We work to keep it reliable and gentle, but we do not promise any particular result, and we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or free of errors.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, HumanAI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
