Inner GlowPrivacy policy
Inner Glow ("the app") is published by HumanAI ("we", "us"). This policy explains what happens to your information when you use the app and this website. The short version: we do not collect any data from you.
What the app stores, and where
Everything you enter or create stays on your device:
- your first name, chosen topic, goal and safe place (used only to personalise the on-screen words);
- your before/after mood check-ins, session history, anchor uses and reading pace (your journal);
- your settings, such as sound levels, reduced motion and your haptic anchor signature.
This information is saved in the app's local storage. It is never sent to us or to anyone else. We have no server that receives it and no way to see it. If you delete the app, this data is deleted with it. The operating system may include app data in your own device backup (for example iCloud or Google backup), which is governed by Apple's or Google's terms, not ours.
No account, no analytics, no ads
- There is no sign-up or login.
- The app contains no analytics, advertising, crash-reporting or tracking software, and no device identifiers are collected.
- We do not sell, share or rent any information, because we do not have any.
Content updates
The app works fully offline. When online, it may download a newer version of its built-in texts (the session scripts) from our website. That request contains only the language and version number of the texts; it carries no account, device identifier, journal entry or other personal information, and we do not log who makes it. Like any web server, the hosting infrastructure briefly handles your IP address to deliver the file.
Purchases
Subscriptions and the lifetime purchase are processed by Apple (App Store / StoreKit) or Google (Play Billing). We never see your name, email or payment details. The app only learns from the store whether a purchase is active, and this is checked on your device. See the Apple privacy policy and the Google privacy policy.
Permissions
The app may ask for permission to send notifications (for example a gentle reminder you choose to set), and only after your first session. Notifications are scheduled on your device. Haptics and motion sensing (to stop a session when you turn the phone face down) work on the device and need no data to leave it.
This website
This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no third-party trackers or fonts. Our hosting provider may keep standard, short-lived server logs for security.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
Your rights
Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. You stay in control: you can delete your journal in the app's settings or by deleting the app.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date above and, for significant changes, mention it in the app's release notes.
